Tribeca PIED-A-TERRE

Our long-time clients and recent empty nesters enlisted us after realizing their dream of moving to New York City, landing in the famed 108 Leonard in Tribeca. The Beaux-Arts-style building had recently been renovated, and our goal was to inject personality and depth into the new space. Each room drew inspiration from the couple’s extensive travels and modern art collection, as well as the building's architectural elements. In collaboration with Rachel Sloane Interiors, we created warmth with details like a headboard upholstered in vintage suzani fabric, a gallery wall that camouflages the television, and layered antiques. The result is an old-world European oasis in the middle of Manhattan.
