This bachelor pad is full of texture and soul, most accurately described as having a handsome, global feel. Situated within a newly built modern apartment building, we added depth and paid homage to the client’s treasured Armenian heritage with plenty of Old-World furnishings and rich materials, such as zellige tile in the bathroom, a plaster range hood, and lantern-style pendants above the kitchen island. A small but well-appointed living area that opens onto a lush outdoor space maximizes entertaining opportunities, inviting guests to gather and linger into the evening.
