Georgetown Penthouse
We transformed a dated Georgetown penthouse into a vibrant yet livable pied-à-terre for West Coast clients, balancing bold color, vintage warmth, and architectural detail. From a green lacquered foyer and port-colored sectional in the living room to a moody terracotta den and serene wool-upholstered bedroom, each space was designed to feel both chic and comfortable. By layering walnut trim, rich textiles, and standout art, Feldman “kicked the McMansion away,” creating a home that feels modern, inviting, and perfectly in tune with its historic neighborhood.

"The clients—a West Coast husband and wife who planned to use the penthouse when in town for business, family visits and Georgetown basketball games—wanted something easy, comfortable and ready for entertaining groups." - Andrew Sessa, Introspective (2025)

"The husband’s style tended toward the spare and modern, but they also recognized the value of creating an interior that would harmonize with the traditional aesthetics of their Georgetown surroundings. Feldman made sure the apartment conveyed all that from the get-go." - Andrew Sessa, Introspective (2025)
